Mi soundtrack del 2009
Se acabó el 2009. Acordémonos de los buenos momentos y los amigos que nos hicieron pasarla bien y guardemos esos momentos que son los que nos van a hacer sonreír cuando estemos viejos y cansados. Estos son los discos que se volvieron parte del soundtrack de este capitulo de mi vida. Espero que también formen parte de la de ustedes y si aún no los han escuchado…¡agárrense!

Regresan los Flaming con el equilibrio perfecto entre psicodélia, ruido y rock. Este disco esta hecho de sonidos que se convierten en imágenes y colores. Cierren los ojos y déjense llevar.
The Flaming Lips- Dark side of the moon
Versión acida de el álbum clásico de Pink Floyd con colaboraciones de Peaches, Henry Rollins y Stardeath and White Dwarfs. Se necesitan muchas agallas para coverear una canción de Pink Floyd, pero se necesita estar loco para coverear todo un disco. Gracias a Dios los Flaming Lips lo están
Mastodon- Oblivion
El mejor álbum de Mastodon. Stoner progresive rock. Si pueden consigan la versión en acetato.
Lamb of God- Wrath
Un clásico del metal. Justo cuando pensábamos que no podían tocar mas cabrón llega esta obra maestra. A mover la mata!
Alice in Chains- Black gives way to blue
Un disco que marca el regreso de la banda y una nueva etapa sin Layne Staley. Melancólico, pesado y agresivo. Como si no hubieran pasado los años. Hasta Sir Elton John se avienta un palomazo en él.
Slayer- World painted blood
En un mundo que cambia constantemente y que a veces nos decepciona hay cosas de las cuales siempre podemos estar seguros. Una de ellas es que Slayer siempre sonara a Slayer ¡Gracias!
Black Crowes- Before the Frost…Until the freeze
Un cd de estudio grabado totalmente en vivo. Sin Overdubs o trucos. Como debe de ser. Una banda debe sonar en vivo tan bien como suenan en disco y los Black Crowes nos enseñan como.
Radio Moscow- Brain Cycles
Segunda producción del trío consentido de Dan Auerbach de los Black Keys. Rock crudo y directo con tintes de blues y psicodelia. ¡Que revienten los bulbos!
Phish- Joy
Quizá la mejor entrega de esta banda liderada por Trey Anastacio. Si te gusta My Morning Jacket Phish t va a volar la cabeza. Ojala pronto los veamos tocar por aca.
Los Explosivos- Sonidos Rock´n roll!!!
El mejor disco de rock hecho en México del 2009. Punto.
